With Winter Home Watch, your property will be under the careful eye of our team. We perform regular interior and exterior inspections of your property during the freezing months to check for heating failures, pipe leaks, storm damage, and general security. We also offer Owner Return Preparation so your house is ready for you when you come back. We can provide regular updates on the status of your home here in the Flathead.

How do you screen prospective tenants?
We conduct thorough background checks on all applicants, which include credit history, criminal background checks, eviction history, employment verification, and previous landlord references to ensure reliable occupancy.
How are maintenance issues handled?
We coordinate all routine and emergency maintenance using our network of licensed and insured local vendors. You will be notified of repairs according to the spending threshold agreed upon in your management agreement. Anything above that threshold will be discussed with you before any action is taken.
Our team has over 11 years of creative marketing experience. We work closely with in-house and third party contractors to provide high quality marketing for your property. Whether you need photos, videos, ad campaigns, or drone work, we have access to the valley’s highest quality designers to put your property at the top of the list.
